Woodland Healthcare Employees Lend a Hand

Employee involvement throughout Dignity Health is a sign of true commitment to our mission and vision. One way Dignity Health employees can show their support and humankindness is by contributing to Woodland Healthcare Foundation through the ongoing employee giving campaign.

Gifts through the employee campaign directly impact the quality of care that our patients receive. Patient care services, health education, community outreach and vital equipment purchases have all been made possible through the support of our Woodland Healthcare employees. New pledge forms are welcomed throughout the year.

Join your colleagues who are making a difference by contributing to Employees Lend a Hand. Getting started is easy. Simply choose a giving method that works best for you: 

Payroll Deduction
Choose any amount ($5 minimum) for a one-time or recurring gift.

PTO Donation
If you have a minimum of 80 hours of accrued PTO, you can choose to make a one-time or recurring PTO donation.

  • Donations can be made in 1-hour increments and are converted to cash.
  • PTO donations are subject to all applicable payroll taxes and will be reported as wages on your W-2 form in the calendar year in which the  donation was made.
  • The maximum PTO deduction per pay period is 12 hours. If a one-time PTO donation exceeds this limit, the remaining balance will be deducted in subsequent pay periods until the full donation amount is met.

No matter how you give, 100% of your contribution supports the program or programs you choose.
