Grateful Patient Program

Woman smilingMaybe it was a kind word, a gentle smile or a warm blanket that brought comfort to you or your loved one. It could have been a lifesaving procedure or a visit from a volunteer during your stay. Say “thank you” by making a gift in honor of those who made a difference to you.

Woodland Healthcare Foundation’s Grateful Patient Program provides patients and their families with an opportunity to show gratitude to the physician, nurse or other caregiver who played a special role in your care. We invite you to remember that individual or department today, by making a Grateful Patient contribution in his/her honor.

The Program enables physicians and staff to respond to the question:I’m so grateful for the care, what can I do? At Woodland Healthcare, we make a difference in the lives of our community every day. It is our mission to deliver patient and family-focused care that is compassionate, sensitive and respectful. We offer a wide range of quality health care services that demonstrate excellence.

When a gift is made, the person whom you are honoring will be sent an acknowledgment letter along with your personalized card, a special lapel pin to wear proudly each day and recognition of you and your Miracle Worker in Foundation publications.
